The best new movie trailers and TV show teasers for upcoming streaming titles

Army of the Dead

Zack Snyder is bringing an action-packed zombie movie to Netflix. The minute-long trailer shows Las Vegas overrun by the living dead as a group of mercenaries led by star Dave Bautista try to take them out. Anticipation is high for this one. We’re hoping to see some more footage ahead of the film’s May release.

The Handmaid’s Tale: Season 4

Hulu‘s hit dystopian TV series is back for a fourth installment this April. June Osborne, aka Elisabeth Moss, is leading a resistance against Gilead and is now far from the meek and suppressed Offred we saw in the first season. The trailer for season 4 shows Moss plan her grand revenge with Billie Eilish’s “You Should See Me In A Crown” playing in the backdrop. The handmaids are teaming up to take back their country and place in society. It’s their time now!

Kid 90

As a teenager in the late 90s, Punky Brewster actress Soleil Moon Frye carried a video camera everywhere and made home movies of herself and her friends who also happened to be Hollywood child stars. The footage of these 90s kid actors is now being released in a Hulu documentary. The trailer shows fellow actors from Frye’s circle, including Mark-Paul Gosselaar, David Arquette, Brian Austin Green, and others reminisce the good ol’ days. “The most awkward period of your life… that’s when we were in front of the cameras,” Gosselaar says in the clip. Take a look.

Jupiter’s Legacy

From Mark Miller — the mind behind Kick-Ass and Kingsman — comes this new superhero TV show on Netflix. We only got a brief teaser trailer for the upcoming series this week, but a handy description by Netflix gives us a decent idea of what to expect.

The story of Jupiter’s Legacy will revolve around the world’s first generation of superheroes who must look to their children to continue the legacy. But tensions rise as the young superheroes, hungry to prove their worth, struggle to live up to their parents’ legendary public reputations. The show will star Josh Duhamel, Leslie Bibb, Ben Daniels, Elena Kampouris, and Andrew Horton, among others.

The Irregulars

Netflix has released the first teaser for its upcoming crime thriller set in Victorian London. The series follows a group of street teens manipulated into solving crimes for the sinister Doctor Watson and his mysterious business partner, Sherlock Holmes. Get ready to meet The Irregulars at 221B Baker Street on March 26. Until then, enjoy the new trailer below.

The Underground Railroad

Academy Award winner Barry Jenkins brings the Pulitzer Prize winning novel by Colson Whitehead to streaming screens this May. The show chronicles a slave’s desperate bid for freedom as she escapes a Georgia plantation for the rumored Underground Railroad. Turns out, it’s an actual railroad beneath the Southern soil.
