Pixel 8 leak reveals Google is shrinking the display
- The design of the Pixel 8 has leaked thanks to renders outed by a trusted tipster.
- The phone reportedly has a smaller 5.8-inch display this time around.
- The camera arrangement at the back seems unchanged compared to the Pixel 7.
After the all-telling Pixel 8 Pro design leak yesterday, tipster OnLeaks has outed the renders for the vanilla Pixel 8 in partnership with Mysmartprice. The images and 360-degree video show that Google isn’t changing all that much on the standard Pixel this year. However, the display is shrinking.
The back of the Pixel 8 looks almost identical to the Pixel 7. The phone will continue to feature a dual-camera setup, which means the telephoto shooter could be limited to the Pixel 8 Pro.
