We asked, you told us: Here’s what you think of the Galaxy Watch 4’s new UI
The Samsung Galaxy Watch 4 series is coming next month and it’s already off to a promising start. Not only will the new Galaxy Watches come bearing Google’s redesigned Wear OS 3 operating system, but they’ll also feature Samsung’s fresh One UI Watch on top.
Samsung has promised deep integration of the new user interface with Galaxy devices. One example the company showed off was how apps installed on the phone auto-install on the watch. From what we’ve seen of One UI Watch till now, it looks a lot like how Wear OS looks today. A recently leaked marketing video also showed off the new UI in action, complete with fresh watch faces, app gallery, and more.
With so much about One UI Watch already out there, we asked our readers what they think of the interface. Here’s how they voted in our poll.
Do you like the new UI of the Samsung Galaxy Watch 4 series?

What you had to say?
Sharpz Solomon: Still waiting to see what Google themselves push out as their first smartwatch. I’m a little skeptical because their first-pixel phone had many issues, the same goes for their first earbuds. But because I’m such a Google fanboy I’m still gonna get it lol. If it sucks then I’ll just jump on the Galaxy watch 4 since it’ll be running wear in which case it SHOULD have Google pay.
Dion Baker: Finally. Samsung figured out a way to get Google to populate their watch ecosystem with apps: Join ’em. Sometimes one must give up to win. Most of the images displayed are already on Watch 3. I’m most excited about Google Play and will they take my Gear S3 for trade-in!
spacebar2011: I’m trading in my Active 2 for the 46mm Classic on day 1.
Nate Clark: Looks like another watch. The only thing I see that’s somewhat drastically different is the app tray looks more like the Samsung App tray on the Tizen-based watches. Yeah, there’s a body mass sensor, but I don’t really care for my watch to tell me I’m fat all the time. hahaha. Even so. I’ll probably buy this watch as soon as they let me place the order.
Ankit Kamal: Stoked. Using the OG Galaxy watch wanted to upgrade I’ll now wait for these to launch and then take a call.
