  • Xiaomi has confirmed the launch of the Mi 10S.
  • The phone will feature the Snapdragon 870 chipset.
  • It’ll be unveiled in China on March 10.

The Xiaomi Mi 10 series is already quite diverse across price points. It’s got flagships at the top end, more affordable models in the Mi 10T line, and a sub-$300 option in the form of the Mi 10i. Now, the company is planning to add yet another member to the series.

Xiaomi will unveil the Mi 10S on March 10 in China. The company confirmed the launch on Weibo and also put up a poster of the phone, flashing its elaborate quad-camera setup.

As you can see in the image, the Mi 10S will sport a 108MP primary sensor. Xiaomi has also confirmed that the phone will pack the Snapdragon 870 processor that we recently saw on the standard Redmi K40 model.

A regulatory listing spotted previously suggested that the phone might come with a 6.67-inch display, a 4,680mAh battery, and 33W charging.

Further, Xiaomi has revealed that the Mi 10S will boast Harman Kardon audio. The teaser poster also shows that the device will launch in three colors — Black, Blue, and White.

As for the price, tipster Digital Chat Station believes the Mi 10S could come in around 3,500 yuan (~$540), which would essentially make it around the same price as the Mi 10T when it launched initially.

We’re not sure if Xiaomi plans to launch the Mi 10S globally after its China reveal, but we’ll keep you posted if and when we know more.
