For those expecting other big matches, there is some bad news. David Lemieux (40-4) was set to be John Ryder's opponent on this card. However, Dan Rafael of ESPN reports Lemieux cancelled due to injury. This comes after Lemieux cancelled his last fight because he failed to make weight. The fight between Pablo "El Demoledor" Cesar Cano (32-7-1) and Michael Angelo "The Artist" Perez (25-3-2) is also off, due to Cano injuring his right hand, according to a report by Salvador Rodriguez of ESPN Deportes. These fighters are disappointed to miss out on this event, which is still set to be an exciting card.
When Canelo faced "GGG" last year, the pay per view cost $85 for one night. DAZN is $99 for 100 fights a year.
